Privacy Policy
trooper.trading (hereinafter also: TT or we) has drawn up this privacy and cookie statement to make it clear to you that at TT we take the privacy of all personal data that we come into contact with within TT very seriously. For this reason, we process and secure the personal data we collect carefully. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In this statement we would like to inform you about our privacy policy. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact trooper.trading: info@trooper.trading.
When can we share your personal data with third parties?
TT only shares your data with third parties when this is permitted under current legislation. We may provide your personal data to third parties because:
- we have engaged them to process certain data
- that is necessary to execute the agreement with you
- you give permission for this
- we have a legitimate interest in this
- we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police require this if a crime is suspected).
We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data as that which we use ourselves. To provide these services, TT may provide your personal data to parties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). TT only does this if there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of personal data. This means, for example, that we use a model agreement from the European Commission or make agreements about the handling of personal data. Or that the party to whom we provide the personal data is Privacy Shield certified.
Security
We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. In this way we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your data, that access to your personal data is protected and that our security measures are regularly checked. We take, among other things, the following security measures:
- organizational measures for access security;
- securing network connections via Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.
We work digitally as much as possible. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@daytradingmarketing.nl

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our website by means of links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We therefore recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.
Complaints - Data Protection Authority
We are of course also happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Under privacy legislation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority against our processing of your personal data. You can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority for this.
