The acquisition will allow Crown Electrokinetics to expand its product offerings and strengthen its position in the market.



Amerigen7, founded in 2003, specializes in the design and manufacture of custom MEMS for a variety of industries, including telecommunications, defense, and medical devices. The company's innovative technology has been used in a variety of applications, including accelerometers, gyroscopes, and pressure sensors.


The acquisition will provide Crown Electrokinetics with access to Amerigen7's advanced technology and intellectual property, as well as its highly skilled workforce. This will allow the company to better serve its customers and continue to innovate in the field of advanced motion and positioning systems.
