Daily Recaps

At first we thought we could become profitable without doing the recaps.

After a while however, it became clear that stumbled into the same mistakes over and over again. We looked for a way to overcome this and had to admit that daily recaps not only are useful, but also necessary to become profitable!

1. Take your time to evaluate

It's good practice to evaluate your trades at the end of the day. The most important aspect is to check if you followed your strategy and its rules. Did you stick to the plan? 

If you were profitable, evaluate why you had winners. If it was luck, don't congratulate yourself too much! 

If you had a red day, but you followed your strategy and are only slightly down during an overall very red trading day, this might even be a better performance.

2. Check out our daily recaps

In order to have the right amount of confidence we started making what we call 'Mind Motivation Movies'. Such a movie last some minutes and shows some tips & tricks on an up-beat music.
